Returns Policy

Poptents offer a 28 day full refund policy on all goods* which are returned to us within 28 days from the date of purchase. Prior to returning goods you (the returner) must inform Poptents of the return and receive acknowledgement of the return.

Goods must be returned in an unused and undamaged state. All goods must be complete with protective packaging and include any accessories that were included as well as being in a condition that can be sold again as new.

If these conditions are not met there may be a 20% re-stocking fee or a refusal for a refund, this will be at managerial discretion.

*28 day refund policy does not apply to any custom, branded or personalised goods such as branded gazebos, printed walls etc.

Returning Goods to Poptents

Poptents advises that you use a reliable courier to return any goods as anything returned after the 28 days will not be refunded. We would recommend using DPD next day/tracked delivery service and advise on insuring the return as Poptents will not be responsible for any goods that are not delivered successfully.

Please note that the returner is responsible for the all return delivery charges unless the goods are wrongly delivered** or proved to be faulty. In this case only reasonable postage will be refunded (not special delivery/tracked). Again, for your own purposes we recommend that you use a recorded delivery services. Poptents will not accept responsibility for returned goods that have been damaged or lost in transit which may determine the course of action for the refund.

On receiving the goods we will contact you to confirm receipt and regarding the course of action to be taken.

Refunds will only be made using the original payment method. Refunds will be less the cost of shipping.
