Heavy Duty Pop Up Gazebo with Sides
The green 3m x 4.5m (10ft x 15ft) heavy duty pop up tent is a popular option for trading and business promotions at agricultural shows and showing cattle amongst many other uses. The green colour is Pantone 340C and would be described as a fern green. This neutral green is perhaps why this option is popular amongst our customers as it can blend in with existing brand colours and it can be easier to keep clean.
Aluminium Pop up Gazebo Frame
Poptents 3m x 4.5m gazebo is made completely from extra strong T4 aluminium which is 2mm thick. All of our gazebos are reinforced on the inside of 40mm square legs as are the 30x15mm roof bars. These robust gazebo bars will withstand high wind pressure and stay straight under tension. Aluminium joints throughout the strong construction maximises the strength of a poptent gazebo which prevents movement in the roof of the strong gazebo and maintains the strong, braced position for the bars. Spring loaded centre poles (2) also help to dampen the affect of strong gusts of wind that push against the roof. Poptents heavy duty gazebo frames will easily take the weight of 2 men hanging from the middle of the roof, showing the strength and forces these pop up structures can withstand.
Waterproof Gazebo Fabric
Poptents gazebo fabric is made from PVC coated polyester which has a grading of 600D. This fabric is a tough, durable fabric that remains workable in order to prevent ripping and splitting. The gazebo roof and sides are waterproof, UV resistant and are also flame retardant certified. This certificate is available upon request and is essential to gain entry to a lot of the main shows and festivals in Ireland. The gazebo sides join to the roof by an industrial strength velcro strip on the inside of the roof and along the top edge of the side wall. Each side of the walls also join to the metal leg of the frame and zip lock together in the corners for a secure, weatherproof connection.

It has four aluminium plates which serve as its feet. The legs of this Extreme Green tent are likewise made from commercial gauge T4 aluminium.
The interiors of each leg are reinforced that make them more sturdy and tall. The joints are skilfully crafted with a locking mechanism to easily erect the tent. The canopy is made up of polyester with a unique pvc coating that makes it thick and waterproof, and fire retantant.
