Strong Gazebo Frame
Poptents gazebo frames are made from T4 reinforced aluminium which is 2mm thick, thicker than standard by 0.5mm. With reinforced 40mm square legs and 30x15mm roof bars the Poptent gazebo structure is strong and weighty, the frame is a robust 27kg on it's own. Aluminium gazebo joints are the significant factor in Poptents, these metal joints prevent any lateral movement in the roof and keep all the bars in their correct braced positions. Spring loaded centre poles also helps to dampen the affect of strong gusts of wind blowing into the roof canopy whilst easy glide sliders allow for effortless pop up of a Poptent pop up tent.
Waterproof, Durable Fabric
Poptents gazebo fabric is graded at 600D. It is made from PVC coated polyester that makes the fabric completely waterproof, UV resistant and also flame retardant certified, which is a must to gain access to the major shows throughout the UK. The full sidewalls are included unless unselected which contain four full sides to fully close the pop up gazebo. These side walls join to the inside of the roof and strap to the leg of the gazebo frame via strong velcro strips. All walls also zip together in the corners for a secure weatherproof join.

The following wind information is to be used for guidance only. In extreme instances of weather your Poptent should always be taken down and stored appropriately. The results in the table below were achieved in a controlled environment during wind tunnel testing. There figures below are based on 240kg of weights (A) and 240kg weights paired with guy ropes supporting the roof of the structure (B). The 240kg of weights were applied evenly across all four legs.
