Heavy Duty Gazebo Frame Specification

Poptents heavy duty pop up gazebo frame is the strongest possible frame there is. We provide one grade of pop up gazebo frame which is complete with reinforced 40mm legs and roof bars, 2mm thick aluminium and metal joints throughout. The strong bars are made to withstand high pressures and not to bend under strain. The metal joints maintain the frames braced position and absorbs any lateral movement in the canopy where plastic joints will weaken and break. We also have spring loaded centre poles for additional roof dampening and easy glide sliders allow effortless pop up.

Pop Up Gazebo Fabric Specification

Poptents fabric is rated at 600D and has a weighting of 420gsm. It is made from PVC coated polyester and is therefore 100% waterproof, UV resistant and flame retardant certified. The fabric remains workable to prevent splitting like denser material would. The gazebo sidewalls join to the inside of the roof through a strengthened velcro strip. The side walls also strap to the legs of the frame and zip lock together for a secure join.
