Heavy Duty Pop Up Gazebo

Poptents 2m x 2m (7ft x 7ft) heavy duty pop up gazebo in orange is a brightly coloured option that will certainly make any trading space stand out! The slightly smaller size of the 2m x 2m pop up tent makes it a perfect garden gazebo and to fight in to smaller areas at trading events. The 2m x 2m pop up tents have also been previously used as a ticketing area for sports teams and by restaurant/ bar owners for an outside area.

Industrial Strength Frame

The 2m x 2m heavy duty pop up frame is a robust frame given it's size. The frame will easily take the weight of 2 men hanging from the middle of the roof, as seen from the pictures. This impressive strength comes from a range of features within the frames specification. As a foundation, the aluminium used throughout Poptents frames are 2mm thick, .5mm thicker than standard. This keeps the bars straight and ensures that they will not flex under windy conditions. Thicker aluminium coupled with 40mm square reinforced legs and 30x15mm roof bars will also reinforce the strength of the bars in the frame to high wind conditions. Having aluminium joints throughout the pop up gazebo frame also adds considerable strength. These aluminium joints prevent movement in the roof of the frame in addition to keeping the bars in their correct braced position where plastic or nylon joints will snap. A spring loaded centre pole also helps to dampen the affect of the wind pushing against the fabric roof.

Waterproof, Durable Fabric

Poptents fabric is made of a 600D PVC coated polyester. This ensures the gazebo is waterproof, UV resistant and flame retardant certified. This allows for access to shows that require a fire certificate, which is available on request. Poptents fabric is a strong blend of durability and toughness that allows for a degree of movement within the fabric. This is important as it can prevent the fabric from rubbing and splitting, allowing your fabric to last a lot longer. The gazebo side walls join to the inside of the roof by strong velcro strip. Each side of the wall also straps to the aluminium gazebo legs in 3 places in addition to zip locking together in the corners.
