Heavy Duty Pop Up Gazebo

The 3m x 4.5m black pop up gazebo is one of the most popular options from the Poptent range of heavy duty pop up tents. The black is a high quality colour and it's gloss makes it stand out against other, tired shades of black. The 3m x 4.5m is very popular with rallying teams, pop up market stalls, exhibitions and many sports teams such as rugby/football. The strong pop up frame and waterproof gazebo allows this tent to be used throughout a wide range of uses and industries.

Aluminium Gazebo Frame

Poptents heavy duty pop up gazebo frames are made from extra strong T4 aluminium which is 2mm thick. This is thicker and stronger than most of the other gazebos on the market. It also results in a strong foundation for our pop up tents. The reinforced gazebo legs are 40mm square and the roof bars are 30x15mm. These bars are made to be strong and withstand the strain and pressure put on them from high winds. Aluminium joints throughout the frame also complete the strength of the tent. These metal joints prevent any lateral movement in the roof of the frame and keep the bars in a braced position. Spring loaded centre poles also dampen the affects of any strong gusts of wind. Easy glide sliders beneath the metal joints allow for effortless pop up which will have the frame up in less than 30 seconds!

Waterproof Gazebo Fabric

Poptents fabric is made from a 600D PVC coated polyester. This PVC coating makes for a waterproof gazebo that is also UV resistant and flame retardant certified. The fabric is a strong blend of durability and workability. It is important that the fabric is not rigid as this can cause ripping and tearing in the fabric. Poptents come with side walls included as standard, these side panels join on to the inside of the roof by an industrial strength velcro strip. In addition, these side walls also strap to each leg of the gazebo leg and will zip lock together in the corners for a secure, weatherproof connection.

3m x 4.5m Extreme White commerial grade pop up gazebo tents. They come with sliding joints and lock pins that allow them to be easily erected. Don't be fooled with other 40-50mm legs structure as these normally have thin and soft aluminium walls. The thickness of industrial alumumium we use is 2mm and all our joints are heavy duty metal.

The tents come in a steel wheeled carrybag for easier and safer transport, ruling out a messy way of assembling and taking down these tents.
