The Frame

 Poptents heavy duty 2.5m x 2.5m heavy duty frame has the same premium specification that is used throughout the entire range of Poptents. It is the highest possible quality that is achievable with a Pop up gazebo and is unrivalled. A Poptent metal gazebo frame is made of 2mm grade A T4 aluminium throughout the entire frame. The legs are 40mm square and are reinforced on the inside with additional aluminium. The roof bars are also reinforced on the inside, adding a considerable amount of strength. There is also aluminium joints throughout the entire frame, not just the middle and an industrial strength locking system that keeps everything in place. This specification means that the legs and roof bars will not flex or bend when put under high stress. The metal joints will also prevent any lateral movement in the roof and keep the bars in a strong braced position. Poptents frames are so strong they will easily hold the weight of 2 men hanging from the middle of the roof. The Fabric

 The fabric is also a tough and durable material. It is made of 100% polyester with a PVC coating that has an extremely high quality finish. The polyester is 420D which adds real weight and durability to the fabric. The fabric is completely waterproof due to the PVC coating and is also UV resistant and flame retardant which makes it safe and suitable for cooking under. The side walls and roof join together by an industrial strength velcro strip on the top edge of the side panel and the inside edge of the roof. The walls also velcro to each leg of the metal gazebo as well as zip locking together in the corner. This gives an extremely secure connection as well as keeping the elements out!
